1. Tools Only — Not Investment Advice

Jordan2Delta (“J2D”, “we”, “the platform”) provides market data tools, research features, strategy automation, and brokerage connectivity. Jordan2Delta is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial institution. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, a solicitation to buy or sell any security, or a recommendation of any financial product. All analysis and research content is for informational purposes only. You make all trading decisions. You control all order submissions.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and legally permitted to trade securities in your jurisdiction to use this platform.

3. Connected Accounts & Strategy Automation

When you connect a brokerage account (Alpaca, IBKR) or bank account (Teller), you grant J2D access solely to execute actions you explicitly direct through the platform. Broker API credentials and bank access tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-128 symmetric encryption. You may disconnect any account at any time in Settings → Connections.

Strategy Automation and Algo Execution (Elite plan): These features submit orders to your connected broker account based exclusively on conditions and rules you define. J2D does not exercise any discretion over your account, does not make independent trading decisions, and does not modify your rules without your explicit action. You remain solely responsible for all strategy conditions, risk parameters, and resulting orders. Test all strategies in paper mode before enabling live execution.

4. AI-Generated Content

AI research features use large language models operated by Anthropic (Claude) and Google (Gemini). Your chat messages and market data context are transmitted to these third-party AI providers to generate responses. We apply PII filters before transmission. By using these features you consent to this processing. AI-generated content is research assistance only — it is not financial advice.

5. Risk Warning

Trading securities involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose more than you invest. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Strategy automation, research signals, and analytical tools do not guarantee profitable outcomes. J2D accepts no liability for trading losses incurred while using this platform.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Enable MFA. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at [email protected].

7. Termination & Deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts for terms violations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, J2D and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this platform, including losses from automated or manual trading activity.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration.
